Cancellation Policy

RAAS BANQUET is committed to maintaining transparency in all bookings and event reservations. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.

  1. Payment Policy
  • To confirm your event booking, an advance payment is required.
  • For standard bookings, a minimum advance amount (as communicated at the time of booking) must be paid to block the date.
  • For bulk or large event bookings, at least 25% of the total booking amount must be paid in advance.
  • The booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule before the event date.

RAAS BANQUET reserves the right to release the date if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

  1. Booking Confirmation
  • Your booking will be confirmed via email or written communication after successful receipt of the advance payment.
  • The responsibility of providing a correct email address and contact details lies with the client.
  • A booking is treated as confirmed only when official confirmation is shared by RAAS BANQUET.
  1. Non-Availability of Date

In rare situations where the requested date or venue area becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • RAAS BANQUET may offer an alternative date (subject to availability).
  • If the alternative is not acceptable, the advance amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.
  1. Cancellation Policy (Individual Event Booking)

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation terms will apply:

  • 30 days or more before the event date – 80% refund of the advance amount.
  • 15 to 30 days before the event date – 50% of the advance amount will be retained.
  • Less than 15 days before the event date – No refund of the advance amount.
  • On the event date / No Show – No refund applicable.

Any additional expenses already incurred (custom décor, catering orders, vendor payments, etc.) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  1. Cancellation Policy (Bulk Booking / Large Events)

For bulk bookings or large-scale events:

  • 25% advance is mandatory to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellation 30 days prior – 80% of advance refundable.
  • Cancellation between 15–30 days – 50% of advance refundable.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days – No refund applicable.
  • No show or cancellation on event day – No refund.
  1. Mid-Event / Post Check-In Cancellation

If you decide to shorten or modify your event after the event has commenced:

  • Charges for services already delivered will be applicable.
  • No refund will be issued for unused services unless approved by management.
  • In bulk bookings, no refund is applicable once the event has started.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.
  • The refund will be initiated from RAAS BANQUET’s account within this period.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank and may take an additional 3–14 working days.
  • RAAS BANQUET is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
  1. General Information
  • Special requests (decor themes, seating style, catering preferences, etc.) are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
  • Vendor-related policies may vary and will be communicated separately if applicable.
  • RAAS BANQUET reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
